Were back!

Well, after a long break from working on the blog, I have decided to start again. I was planning on getting my blog caught up when my house was clean, my laundry was done, I had spent plenty of quality time with everyone I love, and had caught up on all of my beauty sleep........Well none of that is ever going to happen, so I guess I will blog anyway! So, here I am...blogging in my messy house with my kids whinning for me to get of the computer already!

Hallie...All grown up! Spring 09

Hallie Renee age 5 1/2
Learning how to ride her bike!! Hallie was very determined and learned to ride in only a couple of lessons. She only had a few accidents, running in to the neighbors truck and right into the electric box going full speed. It takes a little time to learn to stop!

Hallie's graduation from Preschool. Hallie has waited her whole life to start school and she loves it!
Hallie and teacher- Mrs. Anderson

Hallie with friends from preschool and the zoo field trip.

Easter 2009 We had a fun Easter egg hunt at our house with all of the Bowmans!

Decorating Easter Eggs!

Darn Easter Bunny makes such a mess!!!

Horse-riding at Grandpa Bowmans' March 09

Nick, looking a little worried, but having fun!
Tysen on his first horse ride by himself!

Hallie loving it as usual. Hallie loves everything about horses! Grandpa even "gave" Hallie her favorite horse-"Blackie" as she calls her. Of course, I am sure grandpa has given a few other grandkids the same horse. Blackie has to stay at Grandpa Bowmans' because we don't have a barn for her.

What a great Christmas!

Christmas 2008
Looking out our front door Christmas Day! It was okay with us, we didn't want to leave the house anyway! We had a great day at home as a family.

Our Christmas tree. Each year on Christmas Eve, we each get a new ornament. We have all kinds on our tree, baby's first Christmas, Spiderman, Dora, football players and Precious Moments etc. I love this tradition, each year on Christmas it brings back a lot of memories as we decorate the tree!

We got the Wii for Christmas! We have had lots of fun playing together with it!

We went to lots of BBall games over Christmas break! We love to watch Rachel, Andrea, Micah and Joshua play! They are so awesome!

Andrea and Nick

Sara and Olivia

Cute picture of Olivia. She is such a sweetie!

Wyatt and Tysen opening the cars they got for eachother. They are buds!

Hallie and Kiana opening the gifts they got for eachother. They have so much fun together.

Micah and Tysen. Ty got a Bball from Grandma and Grandpa Bowman. Since balls are his favorite thing in the world, he loved it!

Nick and Wesley also gave gifts to eachother. Cute picture!

Grandma and Grandpa Bolton and Emma. We love you guys! Every year Gma and Gpa give each of the grandkids and great grandkids crisp bills in an envelope. We are so spoiled!

Lacey's husband, Jason is an airforce pilot and he has spent quite a bit of time in Afghanistan. Grandma and Grandpa Kirby gave us this special gift for Christmas. It is a framed US flag that was flown in our honor over the hostile skies of Afghanistan on a combat mission of "OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM" by Lt. Jason E. Boggess, Pilot 763rd Expeditionary Reconnaissance Squadron, USAF. We appreciate Jason doing this for us! What an awesome gift, thanks Grandma and Grandpa!

Dustin and Ashley, he ducktaped her present! What a typical big brother thing to do!

We were very lucky to spend some time with Lacey, Jason and their kids since we don't get to see them very often! The kids had a blast with their cousins!

Kaden and Tysen

We had such a fun Christmas this year. We got to go to the Bowmans the weekend before Christmas and the Kirby's the weekend after Christmas. We got to spend Christmas Eve and Day home with just us. Jared and Rebecca came to see us on Christmas despite the blizzard and closed roads! We really appreciated seeing them since they live so far away in Iowa. We were glad to get to spend some time with Lacey and Jason and their kids since we don't get to see them very much either. The kids loved playing with their all of their cousins! They are so lucky to have so many fun cousins their age!
