This is a gigantic snowman that Dustin and the kids made on Christmas Day! We are loving all of the snow! We were snowed in on Christmas, but didn't mind!

Nick's tonsillectomy

Well, Nick had his tonsils out on Thursday. Though he was really nervous, he did great! He was such a tough guy. He gets to play all the video and computer games he wants and of course gets all the ice cream and popcicles he wants too. He is actually getting really sick of it and wants real food. He is getting better everyday though and I think he actually will be excited when he can go back to school after Thanksgiving.

Caleb's Farewell

Caleb's farewell was last Sunday. We had a lot of fun spending time with him and the family. Though it was sad to see him go and we will really miss him, we know he will have an awesome experience in Georgia! We love you Caleb!! Caleb and Hallie

Halloween and Birthdays

Halloween!!! Grandma Bowman, Micah and Caleb helped the kids carve these awesome pumpkins the weekend before. Of course I was not dissapointed that I missed out on that chore!

Wesley the monkey. Aaron and Jessie's kids got to spend Halloween with us! Wesley called me "Lissa", he kept saying, "I love you Lissa". He had a lot of fun playing with all the kids, he gets along so well with all of them!

Emma the froggie is ready to go trick or treating! She missed mom and dad, but she still had fun with us!

Hallie wanted to have a 'Halloween Party'. I let them play with silly string, I wouldn't suggest this to anyone. What a mess!

After trick or treating, the kids stood at the door the rest of the night watching all of the trick or treaters and handing out candy. I think it was their favorite part.

The gang is ready to go out. We only made it down our street and back, but it was really fun. We loved having Wesley and Emma with us for the weekend. They were so cute!

Though he doesn't look it, Tysen was thrilled to be Elmo. He was running the entire time we were trick or treating. He kept going up to people on the street, saying "Hi, I Elmo!"

What a pretty princess! Hallie asked me the other day why they named a princess "Sleeping Booty". It just isn't a good name for a princess is it?

We finally got a snap shot of our own Harry Potter at the end of the night. Nick took off and went trick or treating with his friend Bryce and his Dad, they went thru the entire neighborhood and he ended up with two bags full of candy! He was really dedicated.

Acording to Nick, he had a "totally awesome" 7th Birthday on Nov. 1st. Though you can't really tell from this picture, Nick was proud that he lost his first tooth on his Birthday! I can't believe how grown up he is!!

Nick had the "best party ever"! He got to go to blast off with lots of friends and play lazer tag, arcade games, and play on a giant playland. It was fun, and wore mom and dad right out.

Hallie was sooo lucky! She had her 5th Birthday on Oct. 14th. Some of her cousins decided to come and visit her on her birthday! What a fun day. They got to go to "Bear Buddies" and make a new stuffed animal buddy. This was Hallie's dream come true, and she was so excited to have her cousins there to share in the fun!

Summer Vacations

They survived! Trevor, Cristyl, Kyler, Joyce, Dustin rafting. They took forever, but they finally paddled across the length of String Lake to Leigh Lake with one oar to each raft. The rest of us were glad we stayed to play in the water!

We had a Kirby family reunion at Jackson Hole/ Yellowstone. It was a blast! We swam below the tetons in String Lake. We went into Yellowstone for a day. We took the Ferry across Jenny's Lake and hiked up to the falls. What a fun trip!

Tysen hiked all the way up to the falls, it was over a mile. He was faster than the rest of us! This is the only time he let dad carry him, and it was by force.

We went on a little family camping trip to Island Park. We had a lot of fun. We hiked to Cave Falls. It is really cool, you get right up next the the falls and there is a little cave you can explore. The kids loved it!
